- Dragon hunt, 2-4 p.m. Aug. 5. Armed with
net, see how quickly you can catch these creatures.
$3 members, $5 non-members.
- Adams Creek hike, 1-5 p.m. Aug. 8.Three-mile
return hike to waterfalls carvings deep through
shale formations. Bring water, snacks and
shoes that can get wet. $3 members, $5 non-members.
- Dog Days of Summer family nature weekend,
Aug. 10-12. Includes educational, social and
recreational activities. Prices are per person.

- Happy Scrappy Pocono Quilt Camp, Aug. 12-17.
Make scrap quilt, baby blanket, more. Sewing
machine required. For all skill levels. Includes
lodging, meals. Lodging: $325 members, $355

non-members.
- Wednesday walk, 10 a.m.-noon Aug. 15. Casual
walk explores natural history on easy to moderate
trails. $3 members, $5 non-members.
- Frog hunt, 1-4 p.m. Aug. 19. Focuses on
learning about amphibians and having muddy
blast trying to catch them carefully. $3 members,
$5 non-members.
- Moonwalk, 8:30-10 p.m. Aug. 28. Walk in
quiet woods on moonlit night. Listen for owls,
study stars. $3 members, $5 non-members.
- Summer Send Off family nature weekend, Aug.
31-Sept. 3. Includes educational, social and
recreational activities. Prices are per person.
